We've decided to begin using a secure file upload server, which meets full compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding the secure exchange of data. We feel that by using this platform, it works to help ensure the privacy of the documents we both send and receive, to and from clients. We know that this is in the best interest of our clients, since we have such a large nationwide client base.
On the right side, select "Guest Exchange," and click "Upload" if you're sending us files, or "Download," if we've advised you that we have secure files ready for you to download.
Enter your name and email address, and simply upload (or download) your file. If we've uploaded files for you to download, you can also click on the link in the email and it will immediately take you to the correct place to enter your information and download your file.
If you're sending us files, you do not need to notify us in a separate email that you've sent them. We will automatically see your files uploaded.
